4. Telehealth Services Disclaimer

Ancestra Health is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. We connect patients with licensed healthcare professionals. All medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment plans are the sole responsibility of the consulting healthcare provider.

Telehealth consultations are not a substitute for in-person emergency care. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

5. Payments & Fees

Certain services require payment. Fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. Payments are processed through the Health Wallet system or accepted payment methods.

Refund policies vary by service type. Cancelled appointments may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined at the time of booking.

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate healthcare professionals or misrepresent qualifications
  • Share or distribute prescription medications obtained through the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ancestra Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to medical outcomes from telehealth consultations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ancestra Health Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
